Prerequisites for this Activity |
- Complete the following sections of the Personal Fitness merit badge workbook, download from meritbadge.org.
- 1 a - provide a copy of a current medical form part C, showing you have passed a physical examination by your doctor
- 1 b - provide evidence that you have had a dental check up in the last six months
- 6 - complete and record your results for this item. We will test again in class.
- 7 - bring a copy of your 12 week fitness plan to review in class
- 8 - complete the fitness plan and record your results
- 9 - complete the section on career opportunities in personal fitness
